This work contemplates a life coexisting with machines, particularly by expressing their ability to generate visual outputs autonomously. Among the many human behaviors, I focus on doodling—a raw and instinctive form of self-expression. Often spontaneous and seemingly meaningless, doodles reveal emotions and thoughts unconsciously, reflecting the unique personality of the individual. By having a machine (via AI) perform this very human act of doodling, I question whether such behavior allows us to attribute individuality—or even personhood—to machines. The project further delves into the existential boundary between humans and machines by examining the facial expressions the machine draws. Since the AI’s output is based on human-generated doodle and facial expression datasets, I also ask: "Can these creations truly be considered original works of the machine?” The piece &lt;Expression in Expression&gt; is part of the Humanoid Object series, specifically drawn by the machine featured in &lt;Humanoid Object #4&gt;. Over time, the machine develops its own stylistic tendencies and continues to generate new images through those patterns. In this work, AI is used to generate numerous micro-expressions, which are layered on top of one another, ultimately forming a new, composite face. During the pandemic, we naturally experienced and became aware of the virtual world in advance. Now, as we naturally contemplate life in the metaverse, I begin to imagine: What will future humans look like? Recently, we have been generating digital humans and attempting to connect them to humans (ourselves) in the real world. While working on this, a question arose: "Do digital humans have to exist only in the virtual world?" If not, how should they exist in the real world? Should they take on a new form of material? If so, what relationship would they have with our physical bodies and the newly created form? In other words, how will future humans, who are a replica of myself, perceive themselves? If it were possible for humans to communicate and converse with AI, would we be able to accept AI as beings in their own right? Through these two pieces, Min raises questions about how human acceptance of digital lifeforms, going on to prompt viewers on their thoughts regarding the being-hood of such digital lifeforms. Sartre posited that only humans were capable of suicide. Are digital lifeforms and AI capable of making choices outside of their programming? Scribbles (images and texts) are generated according to the keywords using AI technology. Each scribble has its own unique shape. The machine combines them and completes its work. The final work is then created by adding artist’s scribbles/drawings based on the machine-created scribbles. And time crosses the boundary between on-offline and even other people's time is stacked into personalized time. &lt;Time Object #2&gt; is a kinetic installation in which the clock represent the standard time zone moves at the center and 14 clocks move in different time systems. Each clock installed on the wall moves at a different speed but at regular intervals, all clocks are reset to the standard time zone(offline time). The overlapping clock sounds at different speed is the image of people in modern society and show the change in time of individuals layered with their experience. 기술의 발달로 일상의 온-오프라인 경계가 모호해지면서 온라인 공간은 새로운 체계를 구축해 나가고 있다. 온-오프라인을 넘나들며 온라인의 경험은 오프라인에서 재경험되고, 오프라인의 경험은 온라인 에서 다시 확장된다. 온라인으로 공간이 확장된다면, 시간은 온-오프라인의 경계를 넘나들며 타인의 시간마저 개인화된 시간으로 적층된다. &lt;타임 오브젝트 #2&gt;는 각각 다른 체계로 움직이는 14개의 시계 중심에 표준 시간대의 시계가 움직이 고 있는 설치 조형물이다. 벽에 설치된 각각의 시계는 다른 속도로 움직이다가 일정 간격으로 오프라인 시계에 마추어 시스템이 리셋되는데 이 순간은 마치 온- 오프라인을 넘나드는 순간을 보여주는 듯하다. 저마다 다른 속도로 내는 시계소리의 중첩음은 시간을 각기 다른 속도로 경험해내고 있는 현대사회 사람들의 모습이자 경험으로 적층된 개인의 시간의 변화를 예고한다. Among social networks, Instagram is a list of people's actions or experiences. And the listed order is the order in which the user (individual) uploaded the content without following the time flow of the real world (offline). And even the order changes depending on the user's preference or various factors. You can think of this as a simple archive, but you can also think of it as a passage of time newly created in the virtual world (online). Time in the real world flows based on absolute time (time based on a fixed one second). However, in the virtual world, time is changed by the user. In this way, the work is carried out by focusing on the new flow of time and changes in daily life expanded by online technology. 이번 작업은 현실세계와 가상세계의 시간에 대한 프로젝트 중에서 가상세계 중 소셜네트워크(Social Network) 에 나열되어 있는 시간, 특히 그 시간을 변화 시키는 모습에 대한 연구이다. 소셜네트워크 중 인스타그램 (Instagram)은 사람들의 행동 혹은 경험에 대한 나열이다. 그리고 나열된 순서는 현실 세계(오프라인)의 시간 흐름을 따르지 않고 사용자(개인)가 콘텐츠를 업로드한 순서이다. 그리고 그 순 서 조차도 사용자의 선호도나 여러가지 요소에 의해 변화한다. 이것을 단순한 아카이브라고 생각할 수 도 있지만 가상세계(온라인)에서 새롭 게 만들어진 시간의 흐름이라고 생각할 수도 있을 것이다. 현실 세계 속 시간은 절대 시간(정해진 1초를 기준 으로 한 시간)을 기준으로 흐른다. 하지만 가상세계에서 는 사용자에 의해 시간이 변화한다. 이처럼 온라인 기 술로 인해 확장된 일상생활 속 새로운 시간의 흐 름과 변화에 집중하여 작업을 진행한다.
