These days, I am struggling with bad dreams and insomnia. Everyday, I usually turn on light during sleeping.
It can be more comfortable for me. However, I want to turn off the light, when I fall asleep. This being so, the insomnia lamp can solve this problem.
People set up time and flip the lamp. it turn on. As times go on, light is dimmed. After the time, it turn off.
